Instructions to be followed for enrolling in the workshop

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Tasks to be completed BEFORE beginning the online registration process.

1. You have to create your account on IITB-NMEICT website, if you have not created it earlier. Please go to home page of IITB NMEICT (www.it.iitb.ac.in/nmeict) and sign up. You will have to upload a scanned copy of your institute identity card at this stage. Note the email and password you create. It is strongly recommended that you use the same email-id and password on IITBombayX also.

2. You are also required to complete the sign-up using the same email id on IIT BombayX website. (www.iitbombayx.in)

3. You have to download the permission letter format, and get it printed on your Institute letter-head. Obtain the signature of your Institute Head, and stamp. Exact format must be followed while filling it. No editing is allowed. Scan the letter to create a jpg/jpeg file. The permission letter file size should not be more than 250KB.

Online registration process for the course:

4. After login to IITB-NMEICT website, please go to the announcement and click on respective workshop for details.

5. Then click on 'Click here for registration form' link to get the registration form.

6. Please fill up all the mandatory fields in the registration form, including the selection of your preferred RC.

7. Upload the scanned file of your permission letter.

8. After the registration, you will receive an email describing the subsequent process. Your status will be “Registered”.

9. After submitting successful registration, please log into your IITB-NMEICT website.

10. For payment, please select the particular workshop and click on “Pay Now” button.

  1. Choose the ‘Mode of payment’ and proceed.
  2. Check the payment details, read the instructions and then click on ‘Make payment’. Note: Do not refresh the page or close the window while the transaction is under process).
  3. On successful payment transaction, you will receive a message on your screen and an email of successful registration.
  4. You can also see the transaction details on your dashboard. Please note down these details for your reference. (If your payment is successful, but your registration is not confirmed. Then please send transaction details to eoutreach@it.iitb.ac.in after three working days).
  5. The status on your dashboard will show “Paid”.
