The Networks Lab is one of the research labs in the KReSIT department. This lab facilitates projects for graduate and post-graduate students along with other sponsored research projects in the advanced areas of Computer Networks. The users of this lab engage in various research activities in the areas of Quality of Service (QoS), wireless networking, Voice over IP (VOIP), Integrated Services (IntServ), Differentiated Services (DiffServ) and Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) related projects. The lab contains a set of linux machines connected together to form a private network which is used as a testbed to experiment with exciting new networking technologies.
