Hi! I am co-founder of Uniapply Technologies & Consulting, a software company developing SAAS based solutions for education institutes in India. I started Uniapply with 2 of my friends Akshay Ukey and Ranjan Banerjee in July 2010. Uniapply also runs a portal www.uniapply.in providing information about educational institues in India. We want to help students in taking the right decision while choosing a career path.
Prior to this, I worked as a Software Consultant for WebMethods (now Software AG) at Bangalore. Webmethods has and full-fledged EAI BPM solution. During my stay at Webmethods, I worked with various multinational companies on BPM solutions.
During 2005 - 2007, I was a Mtech student in IT @ KReSIT (now CSE), IIT Bombay. My research area was RFID Data Management. My advisors were Prof. Bernard Menezes and Prof. Krithi Ramamritham. My thesis research focused on issues in managing RFID data streams and bringing out important patterns to help business management.
Before joining IITB, I spent four memorable years at the beautiful Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur doing my undergrad [B.E.] in Computer Science and Engineering. I was born in Nagpur, did my schooling from Kondhali and my +2 and undergraduation from Nagpur, India.
