I
joined KReSIT/IIT-Bombay in January
2003 after spending two years with the Network
Data and Services Research Department at Lucent/Bell
Labs.
I
primarily work in the area of database systems. Over the past few years, I have
explored XML storage issues, multi-query optimization, transactional garbage
collection and parallel database systems. Details of my work, background, research
and assorted publications can be found [here]. Click [here]
for my DBLP page.
In
Spring 2003, I am co-teaching the graduate course IT620:
New Trends in Information Technology. My co-instructor for this course is Dr.
Srinivasan Jagannathan from Oracle. Click [here]
