This package contains 3 files
1. artofwar - this is the main quotes file
2. README - this file
3. makefile - just run 'make' on the command prompt after inspecting paths 
   etc. - this will build the index file and install the quotes

If you plan to add more quotes - add them to the 'artofwar' file above, 
and rerun the 'make' command after appropriate path checks. 

Feel free to distribute and download this. There is no license issue.
