Innovation by design

This is a live webinar offered by the IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay on the 12th of Mar 2019. The webinar will take you through the landscape of the Innovation ecosystem. It will focus on disruptive product innovation which is a key requirement for companies to survive in the future markets. This will be a unique opportunity to get an overview of the ‘Innovation by design’ process, while getting a chance to interact with the faculty and look at our design innovation ecosystem.

Course content

- 7 Concerns of Innovation

The Cause, the Context, the Comprehension, the Check, the Conception, the Crafting and the Connection. Each of the seven concerns will be discussed in detail

-Identifying the Pitfalls of Innovation

Pitfalls encountered at critical points in the innovation process will be taken up.

The webinar will be conducted on 12th March 2019 instead of 15 February 2019, through IITBombayX live streaming. The session timing is from  11 am to 12.30 pm.

This course is for innovators and change-makers at all levels who look forward to disruptive innovation. Marketing managers, CEOs, R&D personnel and entrepreneurs from a range of fields will also benefit from this course.

Enrollment will be strictly online, and no other mode of application will be entertained. The online registration for webinar will start on 22 January 2019. The last date of registration is
11 March 2019.
Registration process for this webinar:

  • Sign up using your valid email id. Remember your email id and password for future programs.
  • After verification of your sign up, your account will be created on the Lakshya website.
  • Login on the website with the verified account.
  • Go to Announcements, select the course, and register.
  • After successful registration, you will receive an automated email.
  • Register on IITBombayX site with the same email id, you will be auto enrolled for the webinar from our end.
